The support we get from our support representative Alexis H. is great. She's super responsive and is very much on our side representing us to the reset of SecureFrame. The app doesn't always do what you expect, but nothing it does jeopardizes the audit, it just makes getting read not as smooth.

Secureframe did a great job of connecting with our various tools and helping us understand what's needed to get to a state of compliance. Everywhere the Secureframe product was lacking, we were able to remedy by talking to their support team. We weren't very clear on exactly which vendors / tools were in scope, but a quick call with their rep was able to help us clear this up and we were sailing smoothly shortly.
