Secureframe really simplifies the compliance journey, breaking down complex regulations into actionable tasks and remediations. Integrations are powerful and valuable, and they have a lot of resources to jump-start your company's policies and procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few quirks to the platform, and they are still rolling out features to assist with ongoing annual compliance milestones, such as SOC II Type 2. There are a few bugs, but the support teams are quick to respond, including talking with auditors to clear up any questions they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've previously implemented HIPAA on my own, crafting policies, sourcing training, monitoring our compliance, and getting things independently audited. While I've done this before, and ran a HIPAA compliant business for 6 years doing so, it is a substantial time commitment. Secureframe has saved me probably 100s of hours and made the process so much easier. The ROI is simple to understand and has been a massive improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few nit-picky things. When we first started we were using their desktop agent, which functions as a lightweight MDM. We quickly realized it wasn't enough for our needs and switched to Mosyle, which Secureframe also integrates with. So I'd probably skip the Secureframe Agent the next time and just start with Mosyle.
