Secureframe's automated compliance platform makes preparing for our SOC 2 audit achievable using their automated and manual tests. They break down the criteria into bite-sized tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the automated tests don't match our environment and require overrides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SecureFram helped organize our business's security. Without it, we were siloed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a young company, they are still working through growing pains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate their consistently kind and responsive team, from sales to account manager, that accommodated our needs from the beginning. The platform is clean, easy to follow, well-integrated with vendor solutions, and has phenomenal policy templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform does have some bugs and odd behaviors, and there is no room to negotiate the audit package price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All in all, Secureframe was super healful. They made everything so easy for us and were super user-friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Audits are done by 3rd party firms and aren't up to the same quality of service provided by Secureframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It simplifies a very complicated process and allows us to track across multiple compliance frameworks. It is nice to have all of our systems integrated into one solution that can track our compliance and easily deliver it to an auditor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have any complaints at this point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to set up and with cloud resources. Gives good reports and advice on potential security holes in the infrastructure. The categorization of aspects SecureFrame is checking makes sense and is is nicely divided into levels which can be used for priorization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes security checks are very specific due to their automated nature. Having an alternative approach might be ignored, making checks red. This can be overcome by providing manual proof though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has an app to run tests against your infrastructure. It has integrations for most major cloud providers, identity providers, HR systems, code repositories, etc. However the testing tool fails in a large number of ways, it doesn't refresh, flags errors that you have no way to resolve (after support calls, it was identified that rate limiting prevents them from properly being able to sync historic data at least with Github). Their tool presents many errors with little to no information on how to resolve them (i.e. says the problem with X Amazon tool in region, but fails to identify WHICH regions it's finding the problems.). Also plenty of false negatives -- fails to sync (even after days) with various providers. Presents error messages that once you resolve them, it displays an entire additional set -- so you never quite know when you might be done, and some errors you cannot clear Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
