We started working with Secureframe in 2021 and have loved using their platform since day 1. Here are a few things we like:

1. They provide a simple checklist to help us reach SOC2. (Our head of engineering had zero experience in SOC2, but was able to bring us from 0 to 100 in just a few months. Having a simple checklist was crucial for this because it's basically impossible to know what to do otherwise)

2. Our audits are a breeze. We give our auditors access to secureframe, have a couple back and forth emails, and then get our certification.

3. Secureframe is critical to our employee onboarding process, automating the process of initiating background checks and security trainings.

4. Secureframe's support has been really great. In the early days when we had no clue what we were doing, our customer success compliance expert walked us through everything over a series of super helpful meetings.

5. They are adding new frameworks all the time (we're going for ISO27001 next). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were unable to implement as the integration with AWS was not working and our tickets with the team were open for months.

Bad support, interfaces with AWS don't work very well, the security client is clunky.
