My first impression was that a comprehensive application, SecureFrame has helped me understand what needs to be done to be PCI DSS compliant. All of these actions are displayed on a dashboard where I can see what needs to be done and track progress. It also provides wizards and tools to help configure/optimize security and logging settings on AWS and Azure. All of this helps me quickly achieve my compliance goals. Initially its platform reflected a very technical language almost exclusively for experts, with them they have to be, however over time they have been perfected by adopting methodologies that adapt to the reality or situation of our organization's resources and processes. The most helpful aspect of Secureframe is having a game plan to work on SOC2. It's daunting to start from scratch... where to start, what's my progress, can I automate any of it? My favorite feature in SECUREFRAME is undoubtedly the integrations it has. It has made my work extremely effective and made it easier for me to follow the processes. Also it saved time in my work, especially in operational processes, and helped me see how I should move forward. Thanks to this, I have seen what actions I need to take and I have had the chance to know what state my affairs are in with the reports that have been generated.
