It is very easy to use and the amount of help I get is phenomonal! The Secureframe client is going to work out VERY well and I just have to say it again...the amount of help I get in Slack/email/Zooms from Jake Dekker is WAY above average!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some tests on the AWS side that are more difficult to complete. Sometimes they don't refresh correctly but folks at Secureframe ALWAYS help with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the integrations aren't fully working and I have to consciously know to override them with manual evidence or form a support ticket. Without a doubt, their customer support. As a non-technical person, leading our company through our first security review, I had all of the support I could ever want! No question was too small or too silly. The platform has grown tremendously, so the platform itself now holds your hand through the process, but before that was true, I could count on my customer success rep to guide me. This has improved dramatically since I first started using Secureframe, but I don't love the experience of uploading things to the data room. Now that you can upload evidence right alongside the specific control it is a lot better, but the Data Room itself is just one giant folder, so you have to determine the right way to organize the content, hoping that it makes life easy on your auditors. By breaking down this complex and unclear process into simple pieces and parts, Secureframe makes it easier for us to understand what needs to be done to get the certificate. Having a dashboard that shows how much progress you have made, what is still missing, and who should own each test is very helpful. Better integration with the auditor would be a plus. Once we had completed the Secureframe tests, we had to answer the auditors' questions (most of which we had already answered on Secureframe). It felt a bit redundant. If there's a way to create a template for the readiness report that the auditor can use instead of manually entering answers again, that would be great. It is probably only relevant to first-time users or companies switching auditors. I highly recommend Secureframe SOC2 to any business looking to streamline their compliance program. I engaged Secureframe for SOC2 compliance support. The experience was fantastic, from sales all the way to technical support. I received sharp and prompt support from the best-in-class security, compliance, and customer success experts. I am impressed. The Secureframe product streamlined every step for us, automating hundreds of manual tasks. Before engaging Secureframe, we did try to do everything ourselves, lost thousands of hours, and went nowhere. I wish we have worked with Secureframe earlier. Made the SOC2 audit process very smooth. Once everything was checked off on Secureframe, the audit itself was practically just a formality. Secureframe lists all requirements for the audit as well as steps to satisfy the requirements, depending on your infrastructure (for example, how to enable features in AWS that satisfy certain requirements). When requirements or resolution steps are unclear, their support team is able to provide helpful advice and guidance in a timely fashion. This was my first time going through a SOC2 audit process and it was much easier than I expected thanks to Secureframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
