Secureframe has helped made our SOC II process less painful and more manageable. Their product has saved us a lot of time. I'm not sure we could have done it without their wonderful customer service and great product! The Secureframe team was attentive from beginning to end during the whole process. Overall, the Secureframe platform has been stable and relatively bug-free. My only major complaint is that some things aren't explained well in the UI. For example, user accounts that have been deactivated still show in the UI without explanation. The customer support team has been great working on issues like this but it has led to some wasted cycles looking into accounts that no longer exist but are present in the dashboard for auditing purposes. The integrations that SecureFrame offers when looking to achieve a SOC2 certification are invaluable. As a tool I was very impressed with how concise and driven it's instructions were to assist with our achievement of this goal.

Thinking of downsides for SecureFrame the only thing that comes to mind is that it can be somewhat obtuse when it comes to a large architecture. It can be difficult to find the non-compliant resource, we have worked with SecureFrame though and they are actively working to rectify these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Secureframe's ease of use, how clearly it lays out what's needed for each compliance framework, and the fact that I have a single place where I can keep track of our evidence. I also love how responsive their team has been with questions and feedback, and that they partner with our auditors to make the audit process incredibly smooth. Nothing major. We occasionally run into small snags with the software, but their support team and our account rep respond very quickly anytime we encounter something we're not sure is correct. They've also made several improvements to the software since we started working with them, indicating they take feedback, functionality, and user experience seriously. We selected Secureframe as our SOC2 compliance tracking solution after reviewing several software-based solutions as well as service-oriented offerings from qualified auditors. We liked how Secureframe integrated directly with most of the cloud-based applications and solutions we use as a software development company thus saving us much time and effort documenting our environment and approach. We also benefited from the integrated security awareness training that's part of the Secureframe offering making sure our teams and ICs we all current with their security training. Finally, the automated reminders helped ensure everyone responsible for their allocated SOC2 tasks were actively working on them in support of the whole team effort. Overall, we did have to make some adjustments to the way we develop and secure our software offerings which added a lot of expected effort and resource drain but it all turned out well in the end and made us a better team with a better offering. One complaint would be the Secureframe Agent that gets installed on company computers (Windows PCs as well as Macs) weren't always working as expected requiring some manual workarounds with the auditors to ensure compliance. I am an employee of a company that uses secureframe. Security compliance is far from thrilling but secureframe makes it pretty simple and isn't laborious at all. There's the policy side which is super fast and the training side which they make as pain free as possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Secureframe was instrumental to get us compliant for both SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We chose Secureframe over other competitors because they had support for both programs from the beginning.

Their product is great and we are very happy that their integration does not require installing any agent on our server infrastructure or company laptop. Another great thing is that uploading evidence to the auditor portal was almost entirely automated and we could skip most of that process.

The team is top-notch experts on SOC 2 and helped us the whole time during the whole certification journey.
