If you're reading this review, then you're in the same place I was only a few weeks back. Once you've decided to go with the "automated" route, to complete your compliance requirements, the job then becomes…what company do I chose? Well, we narrowed our search down to 3 top tier providers and met with each company, compared their capabilities, and read reviews from MANY different sources, including this one. Based on pricing, integration, capabilities, and a very impressive presentation by Khang, who emphasized their customer support, we decided to proceed with Secureframe. While we’ve just started the process, I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with Secureframe’s customer support, their knowledge and response time has been top notch!! This process can feel overwhelming but with Secureframe’s simplified approach, along with their customer support, you are truly never alone, there’s always someone ready to help you and it’s NOT a chatbot. I wouldn't say this is a "dislike" but more of a suggestion. It would be great to have a chart of some kind or a comprehensive list (word doc or excel) listing all tasks, how they connect to each other, requirements for each task/policy, and resources (in case you don't have a provider for the required task...such as employee background check). At first glance, as you start reading through the tasks and/or controls, it's quite overwhelming, especially as you read through each task and/or policies and realize you need to implement a LOT more than what you thought. With that being said, one thing Secureframe ALSO provides, is the ability to speak directly with a Compliance Manager to help you through the process, which I've already taken advantage of by scheduling a call. Pretty straightforward and useful tool to implement and use. Good customer support. Easy to integrate with other tools we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the connectors would stop working randomly so we have to reconnect the integrators again. SecureFrame needs to implement MFA options to login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secureframe is a handy tool for streamlining our compliance needs. Secureframe is excellent at highlighting AND allowing us to address a variety of security-related policies. Being able to easily mitigate or resolve an issue from the dashboard is key to a useful solution, and SF delivers. Also, their support is excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could use firmer triaging rules to help address issues in the proper order. If more than a handful of items are out of compliance, triaging can become a handful. But overall, happy with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, Secureframe has been really helpful with structuring all the compliance requirements in a way that is easy to understand. As someone who has not taken a company through SOC compliance before, Secureframe has made it easy to digest what needs to be done and execute on items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside to using Secureframe so far is that my company details must be completed before moving on through the compliance process. My company was recently established, so I didn't have all the details to develop the policies, so we have had to wait to move forward. I understand the requirement, so it isn't a big hurdle, but it would be nice to be able to update data later on and have it populate retroactively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the reccomended tool for getting your first SOC 2 or ISO27001 cert, or both. If our company only had those two engagements in scope every year I would recommend this tool every time. It's only getting better feature wise and Jake Dekker, my CSM, was unreal at support. They get compliance and they priced very well in this busy GRC space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No api.. but not the end of the world. Some nuanced issues with pass / fail test logic but nothing crazy as far as dislikes. You can always override the pass / fail logic manually or by uploading your own evidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secureframe is very easy to use. As a HR Manager, I haven't often used compliance software, but this has been very easy and self explanatory. Whenever I'm tagged in an issue, or need to provide evidence I get an email notification and a slack reminder which is really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I have had any issues at all with Secureframe yet, although I don't use this very regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SecureFrame allows for assignments to each team member to segment the work and allow for ease of accountability. The document templates and examples provided were a huge efficiency and help to the team. I really enjoyed that it showed progress as things got checked off. That feature provided for added momentum. Lastly, their support was WAY BETTER than other tech companies. Brandon met with us whenever we asked and would help us navigate the platform or better understand expectations of SOC2. It take a while for integrations to update, especially larger ones like AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secureframe is one stop when it comes to PCI , SOC2, ISO 27001 2013, GDPR and all other certifications. In one platform you have all the tests which are needed for your company yo be certified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing so far that I dislike about Secureframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
