I like the training it provides newer agents, but at some points, it does feel... a little repetitive, if there was a way to increase the difficulty or let the AI be more spontaneous, it would be an excellent tool for sharpening our verbal skills. You have to say your scripting word for word or else she will get confused, and it ends up getting confusing and frustrating.
