As a Community Leader, I’ve seen many search solutions come and go, but nothing has impacted our user experience like SearchUnify. This powerful tool has revolutionized our community’s search functionality and fundamentally enhanced our self-service offerings.
What stands out the most about SearchUnify is its ability to improve the self-service experience by intelligently suggesting similar questions. This feature is brilliant, harnessing the power of AI to direct users to relevant content even when their search terms may not match exactly. The result? Our community members are getting the answers they need faster and more efficiently.
Interestingly, ever since we implemented SearchUnify, our search volume has increased. This could be a testament to the ease and efficiency of the tool, encouraging more users to utilize our self-service channels. The search solution is so intuitive that it brings our users back repeatedly, maximizing their utilization and satisfaction.

Some actions/logs are hidden 'under the hood' and you need Searchunify team to help. They do help but it make things slower.

Our organization has recently started using SearchUnify, and our Team has personally used it for several years across previous companies. We like how quickly the solution can be deployed and introduced to customers with minimal effort. The onboarding teams were great with collecting our requirements and providing a clear deployment project outline. The Team performed all the heavy lifting in the backend and seamlessly coordinated with our Grazitti SF development team. A sandbox environment was provided so we could test and review the results, making little tweaks here and there before moving to our production site. After the deployment, the Team walked us through the admin console and where various options were located. If we encounter any issues, SearchUnify Support can manage our requests quickly and escalate as needed. The solution is very powerful and complex, with many moving parts, such as SearcchUnify admin settings, customized javascript and html coding, SF security settings and permissions, access credentials, etc. One of the areas we could benefit from would be an architectural summary of our configuration with some details about how the different sources and search clients are configured and integrated with our site. We're not looking for a document with every detail but at least a high-level overview with essential troubleshooting tips for when things go wrong. Very powerful tool that has been easy to dive into. The customer service team at SearchUnify makes themselves very available for ad-hoc dives into functionality. I love the Search Analytics dashboard -- the deflection numbers are straightforward and a breeze to report on. Our support analysts very much prefer the Knowbler content creation user interface. SearchUnify is very customizable and has a very user friendly admin console. We've been able to greatly expand the searchablility of our content and easily update configuration along the way.
