What do you like best about SearchExpress Document Management?

We use SearchExpress for invoice approval and for expense reports.

Documentation could be improved by breaking down into two manuals, end user and technical user, instead of one combined all manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SearchExpress Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SearchExpress for invoice approval and for expense reports.

Many of our invoices arrive by email, while others come in the mail.

For emailed invoices, we save them directly to SearchExpress, without

printing or scanning them, by using a Save-to-SearchExpress menu item

in Outlook.

For mailed invoices, we scan them with SearchExpress.

SearchExpress automatically routes invoices to the correct project

manager for approval.

In addition, we use SearchExpress eForms to let our employees submit

and eSign expense reports, and attach receipts, from their mobile phone.

What is SearchExpress Document Management?

SearchExpress lets you index, workflow, search and manage your digital documents as well as your paper documents. Eliminate paper and automate processes with a digital office. SearchExpress document management software lets you workflow and share scanned documents as well as eForms, Word and Excel files. Employees can access documents from their PC, tablet or smartphone. Machine Learning SearchExpress can use Artificial Intelligence to replace manual data entry. For example, for invoices SearchExpress can use the pre-trained Microsoft Machine Learning AI to automatically extract the data on the invoices, with no trained needed. Manage Documents SearchExpress provides search and document workflow to automate business processes and ensure people have the information they need, at the time they need it. Cloud and on-premises versions available.
