The support we got from the team in the process of obtaining the ISO certificate is incredible. The platform which maintains all the ISO related policies , evidences and also performs tests on cloud services which helped us to find the security issues in the cloud platform. Highly optimized with a single pane of glass to enable a smooth navigation from summary and dashboards to taking actions to resolve and address the gaps. The integrations took away most of the effort in gathering the information for evidence and final resolutions. The catalog of templates for the policies and documents helped a new company like ours and a novice like me go create the documentation very easily. The project to start the SOC2 compliance could start without any delay and the implementation flowed very smoothly because of the guidance provided in the platform supplemented by the support from our account manager. I have used the platform on a daily basis to steadily complete all the tasks towards final resolution.
