I really like using this software in an office environment. It keeps the entire office aware of everything that’s going on in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they had more language options, but English is fine for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about screenhub is definitely the ease of use and accessibility. You can login on any device and make changes that reflect instantly in real time on your digital display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more digital editing options when creating content within the hub. While I do appreciate the ease of use in making extremely basic content...it would be nice if I didn't have to go to places like Canva with more editing options. Sometimes the content I make on other platforms doesn't always upload and display nicely.
While its nice there is a scheduling feature it could be a little more user friendly. Perhaps a 'preview' feature of some sort, I'm never confident I have scheduled correctly until it shows up on my display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Centralized Management of all different types of screens.
Easy to add pre-made content to playlists.
Robust suite of tools to make content right in the platform.
Easy to understand help section and guides.
Initial orientation call and overall support has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the help guides provide the right answers, the system itself could be more intuitive with a UI/UX overhaul. As an example, the system really runs as three independent systems. Displays, Playlist, and Schedule where making a change in one likely requires making a change in the other. However, once you understand that, making those changes is quick and really becomes an after thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Here at our Church, we made the switch from a manual Sign Board to a digital one and this made SUCH a difference in our communications! We are now able to easily inform our community of events and updates that are occurring, as well as make changes or troubleshoot the display remotely. The user interface is very easy to navigate, and the Dashboard will tell you display events (like if there are any panels out or whatnot) I am able to easily create playlists as well as schedule them to play at different points of the day. The software that is used to manage the display is web based, but one can also download an application to manage the displays! I highly recommend this solution to any business that has a lot of traffic passing by their location, as they will benefit greatly from how eye-catching the displays can be. For us, the up time is 99.999% and if we have issues (which we seldomly do), we are able to search through many guides on the ScreenHub Portal. If our answer is not there, Cirrus is able to support us by being available from Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm EST to take our calls and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When trying to upload the images to the playlists, it can be a little bit slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We manage multiple digital signs on multiple platforms on a daily basis. Many messages are for events that have a unique lifespan and are set to expire when the event takes place.
ScreenHub has a clean layout and keeps everything inside one brower tab. Use is intuitive and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating and scheduling messages seems like it isn't finished or fully tested (for our use case). We have multiple signs in ScreenHub with different resolutions and each message has to be created and scheduled separately for each sign.
Needs improvement:
Creating playlists:
-Each sign with a different resolution needs it's own unique playlists. They must be made from scratch for each sign. We would love to be able to copy a playlist or asset from one sign to another and edit them to fit. Or better yet, auto scale/skew the message for all signs.
-Can only upload one image or video at a time.
-Organizing media assets can only be done through tags. Would love to see folders or groups.
-Uploads auto sort by title/ascending, to find most recent you must switch to created/descending each time (very frustrating).
-No way to set defaults for font/size, drop shadow color (why is it blue?), Etc.
-No way to snap text to the center of an image or to add a outline to text.
Scheduling:
-Each playlist with a different resolution has to be scheduled separately. Would love to have a way to schedule a playlist to all signs, or edit/delete from schedule all at once.
-Only view options are week and month. These fill up extremely quickly and "see more" option does not work in Month view. Week view gets piled up and you have to guess on what playlist you are clicking to edit.
-To schedule an end date, you must close and go back into the item for the option to not be grayed out. Repeat Event option duplicates item for each day till the end date, which makes it hard to manage/edit and clutters up the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to create nice digital signage. Takes minutes to get a signup and running. The price point is perfect for the product. Overall the value outweighs the small challenges (see dislikes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Playlist and schedules can be a bit difficult to wrap your head around initially. Resolution is set on the player and requires a playlist that matches that resolution-so you may need to recreate things for different resolution signs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The part I like most about ScreenHub is their helpful customer support team. Since I’ve bought my sign, they have been helpful in helping me set up my display, playlists, and giving me tips on my content so I can attract more customers. They’re also so quick in troubleshooting, which is a life saver so I don’t have to worry about my sign being down for too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I found most frustrating was that the media player wasn't free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to provide dynamic digital signage from anywhere at any computer - and schedule these displays however and whenever we want. This is a great service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I started using it, it was free! Now it costs - but the price is reasonable for the product we receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like using ScreenHub for my outdoor and indoor signs. Their software is super user-friendly. Their media player is so much cheaper and faster to set up than a computer. Publishing and changing content is really easy with ScreenHub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that their playerIDs are slightly long and wish it was shorter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
