Leadership genuinely listens to clients, and the development team is flexible, attentive, and responsive to feedback.

**What do you dislike about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

The native integration is limited to connnectwise. Some of the connectwise integration is not flexible.

**What problems is ScopeStack IT Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardized our SOW. Removed dependencies on excel sheets which is huge.

**What do you like best about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

We have been a ScopeStack customer for many years, since the early days of the company's product being in the market.  Everyone on the team that we have worked with from their CEO on down have been amazing to work with.  They truly seem to care about what their customers have to say in an effort to provide the best product and user experience.  The product itself has also helped us to streamline our company operations and increased the ease at which we can generate SOWs.

**What do you dislike about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

There is nothing specific that comes to mind about the company or product that I dislike.

**What problems is ScopeStack IT Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much quicker time to turn around proposals and get SOWs into the hands of our customers.  The blueprint feature enables us to build and maintain a standardized set of service offerings that can be quoted and delivered in a consistent manner.

ScopeStack has provides a thoughtful and flexible CPQ framework that allows us to enhance our Professional Service development and increase the quality of service and relevance to our internal and external Customers. "Can we develop structured service costing incredibly quickly? Yes". "Can we deliver a range of contractual and proposal documents at the touch of a button? Yes". The hidden benefit of ScopeStack and working with their team is the level of thought and innovation that comes from that implementation and collaboration process  acting as a force multiplier in a really transformational way!

**What do you dislike about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

There are some limitations and use case issues, no platform does everything you need. lack of ability to manage Change Orders is one suggestion for proposed development.

**What problems is ScopeStack IT Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScopeStack allows us to further increase the quality and consistency of service proposals and contracts and ensures we are delivering an optimum price to our Customers. We see potential to significantly reduce turnaround time from Engagement to Contract execution and increase internal  process efficiency at the same time. ScopeStack forces business'es like ours to embrace what we sell and offer to our Customers and how that should be seen, packaged and delivered from multiple perspectives.

ScopeStack has allowed us to streamline our professional services quoting process. What took several hours previously can now be accomplished in a matter of minutes through standard services we've set up in ScopeStack!

**What do you dislike about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

ScopeStack hasn't quite been able to replace ConnectWise Sell fully for us because of not being able to pull real-time product availability data, descriptions, and pricing out of our distributors' systems (yet). That said, ScopStack is well worth using in conjection with ConnectWise Sell for our professional services and managed service implementation quoting.

**What problems is ScopeStack IT Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating an accurate and consistent statement of work for professional services work has been a significant challenge for us in the past. ScopeStack is solving that problem for us by allowing us to create a catalog of standard service items which can then be imported onto new proposals extremely quickly. We've been able to drastically improve our professional services quote turnaround time as a result!

Well designed with consistency in mind, but also extremely customizable.  The customer service is unmatched to any software product we have used.  Fast and responsive and really care about our success using the tool.  That care is also very present as their whole team is deeply involved in advisory board sessions that produce real results.

Initial document template creation can be a bit of a pain out of the gate due to mail merge requirements, but once created and learned, its much easier.

It solves for the need to have consistent, standard and correct pricing for project scoping.

Scopestack has become an essential tool for our team. It's easy to use and helps us create professional, consistent proposals that our entire sales team can rely on. The platform is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs.

One of the things we appreciate most is the Scopestack team. They are great to work with and consistently ask how they can improve to meet our needs. This commitment to customer feedback has made a significant difference in our experience with the platform.

We've been able to scale the expertise of our senior engineers far beyond what we could have imagined, thanks to Scopestack. I've recommended it to several colleagues, and it's been adopted by many organizations focused on improving their proposal process. The platform has great features, though it can be a bit slow at times. However, an update is coming soon to fix this, which shows the team’s commitment to improving the experience. I’m confident the update will make it faster and more efficient.

They are solving speed to quoting time, governance with respect to version control and pricing, as well as ease of maintenance to keep the tool current

ScopeStack streamlines our ability to write SOWs.  ScopeStack ease of use helps make our processes consistent and repeatable.  The ability to provide Project Work Breakdowns directly out of the tool is tremendously helpful.  ScopeStack's support team is always responsive and any issues encountered are addressed quickly.

There is currently nothing that I dislike about ScopeStack.

The time it takes to create a statement of work for a customer that has a uniform look and feel while maintaining a consistent language from SOW to SOW and still cutting down on the time to generate them is amazing.

The intial implementaion was a bit of a pill to swallow as there was quite a bit of customization that we wanted to implement.

Using ScopeStack allows me to create general templates that can easily be reused for future projects.

The value of this SaaS tool to quickly generate customized, professional looking, high quality statement of works for our Professional Services is just amazing!  The templated options for terms, conditions, price schedules along redline draft on thru final version  with DocuSign embedded for signatories is too great.

Nothing to report at this point that is worth commenting.

ScopeStack has significantly improved our scoping process, it has improved both the quality and speed of creating SOWs. Building templates in ScopeStack's platform has streamlined our workflow, ensuring that our SOWs are accurate and aligned with client expectations.

We haven't experienced any downsides to implementing ScopeStack. The ScopeStack team has continually built upon its platform futher improving the leverage it creates in our scoping process.

ScopeStack reduces the time it takes to create scopes, reduces scope creep, and improves our service delivery by translating scopes into actionable project plans. With the improvement to our project plans we are able to create a more consistent experience for our customers and the end result meets the desired outcomes of the proposal we presented to our customer. Overall, ScopeStack addresses key project management challenges, improving efficiency and client satisfaction.

**What do you like best about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

We are moving from multiple tools used to estimate services and create scopes of work in a single tool.  ScopeStack does this all in one application while creating consistency of the output, for service estimates and scope language, across the entire team.   The other primary benefit is the amount of time saved in creating states of work.  In most cases we are creating these documents in less than half the time.

**What do you dislike about ScopeStack IT Services CPQ?**

I have not found many downsides other than the time and effort it takes to migrated data to the new application but this is the case when migrating to any new application/platform.

ScopeStack is solving our lack of consistancy and detail in our scopes.

The time it saves my team in delivering accurate, complete, customer ready deliverables that can be cloned, adjusted, modified for speed and accuracy! The fact that I'm able to put multiple hours back in their day, remove the most hated parts of their job, and provide them guardrails is awesome!

I don't dislike anything about ScopeStack. It is continuing to evolve into and enterprise class tool with multiple integrations to our exisitng tech stack.

Keeping our scoping consistent, speeding up the deliverable without compromising accuracy. We gain so much productivity by using this tool.
