Filerobot is an easy to handle Digital Asset Manager. Thanks to the comprehensive API we have been able to easily integrate it into our workflow. It has become a tool that we use every day.
I like that the interface is not cluttered with useless features. Everybody in our team is happy to have a centralised tool that helps us manage our assets at every step of production.

The ease of use, the flexibility of the team to support you in anything you need help with, the openness to hear your needs and respond in an efficient way to support your processes. It has everything we need, but most of all it helped us save hours of manual work with the automated presets. Their support team is exceptional, when I encountered an issue uploading a restricted file type (for account security it's restricted by default), they explained the situation, resolved it quickly and then when I explained I had managed to do it before, they respectfully asked if I could recreate the steps, which I was happy to, so that they could flag it for the safety of other users which I was thoroughly impressed by.
