Ease of creating a VM. Reliable snapshots and replication to DR node. Quickly and easily restore a snapshort or mount it's drive on another VM. Uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, there's not much to dislike. We're on our 2nd cluster and DR node. If I had to nitpick, probably exporting and importing a large VM from another cluster. It's faster and easier to setup replication to get it there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use, Its better then the GUI for vmware , Great youtube videos.
With Carbonite migrate move from VMware not very hard at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very Easy to spin up a VM in Scale. Snapshotting and replication to other Clusters is very easy. Clone the VM to do testing in minutes.
Support is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bugs in the firmware which creates problem in Replication and you have to upgrade it right away to resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you like to be mostly hands-off, a Scale setup might be for you but I recommend having deep pockets to constantly keep your hardware supported. Scale has 24/7 support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scale Technicians cant give you estimates on work being performed. If you have even one node out of service, Scale will mark your whole scale cluster out of support. Because Scale doesn't support their hardware for extended periods of time, it will force you to constantly buy new Scale boxes if you want to keep your hardware supported. Scale also lacks functionality to manage nodes and clusters, you have no real control over the nodes and clusters and are at the mercy of Scale you perform any changes to your nodes. There is limited options for cloud VMs and the cost is high for smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Scale console is very simple to use. At one of our locations we have two vmware esxi servers and managing them required by attention always as other staff could not remember all the steps involved.
We moved to Scale when server refresh was upon us because with its simplicity we could train other tech staff on how to manage it.
Having the server, storage and hypervisor all from one vendor is a huge plus too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
