I love that it is easy to implement and i can use it out and about. **What do you dislike about Savvy Pet Spa?** Personally there is nothing that i dislike. **What problems is Savvy Pet Spa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Savvy roll out upgrades all the time and keeps us updated with emails, facebook. ### 2. I don't have to sit and text clients to remind them of appointments, they can view them themselves. Our payment system is automatic. Overall fantastic. **What do you dislike about Savvy Pet Spa?** I honestly couldn't give you a downside. **What problems is Savvy Pet Spa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increases my free time drastically. Makes accounting autonomous and massively reduces no shows due to the automatic appointment reminders. ### 3. They always take on board suggestions to help develop the system into one that just gets better and better. Thank you Savvy. **What do you dislike about Savvy Pet Spa?** As with any system that works off the internet, if your signal isn't strong you can lose connection. It is annoying when this happens, but not really their fault **What problems is Savvy Pet Spa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organising my diary, helping with rebooking, rescheduling clients. I use Savvy to send out my contracts and this has reduced the amount of no shows. The text reminders can be set to any timeframe to send out. I use mine to send 48 hours before appointments, this has reduced the number of late cancellations or requests to move appointments. ### 8. Absolutely Awesome **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Katie R. | Sole Proprietor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022 **What do you like best about Savvy Pet Spa?** There are almost too many features that I like about Savvy to list here, but here we go: • Coloured Workflow - I can see at a glance where my tough days are and where the easy dogs are in my week • Automated reminders - I can set when and what goes out to the customers, this has almost completely eliminated no-shows • No-shows used to cost me in excess of £4,000 a year, so this is a VERY big deal. • The Send To All feature means a late cancellation is no longer a lost appointment. 90% of the time I'll fill it with this feature saving a further £3,000 a year. • If they've brought in a new feature, there'll be a video so you can see how to implement it. • Customer support is second to none **What do you dislike about Savvy Pet Spa?** There isn't anything I don't like about Savvy. **What problems is Savvy Pet Spa solving and how is that benefiting you?** No-Shows, Late Cancellations and organising the load - all sorted with Savvy. ### 9.
