I have used savvy since i opened my business in 2020 this is something that i use everyday and i have never looked back, the calander layout makes it so easy to use and the automatice reminders save me so much time and have reduced my no shows by 100%.. i have never looked back.There custermer service is amazing. As with any system that works off the internet, if your signal isn't strong you can lose connection. It is annoying when this happens, but not really their fault Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are almost too many features that I like about Savvy to list here, but here we go:

• Coloured Workflow - I can see at a glance where my tough days are and where the easy dogs are in my week

• Automated reminders - I can set when and what goes out to the customers, this has almost completely eliminated no-shows

• No-shows used to cost me in excess of £4,000 a year, so this is a VERY big deal.

• The Send To All feature means a late cancellation is no longer a lost appointment. 90% of the time I'll fill it with this feature saving a further £3,000 a year.

• If they've brought in a new feature, there'll be a video so you can see how to implement it.
