Sapling has some limited functionalities that we've been able to solve by moving our onboarding over to Paylocity instead. I also found some issues in creating the customized workflows like setting the relative dates and not being able to assign the same customized task to multiple people. The ability to create templates and saved workflows for on/offboarding team members on different teams. Our team became permanently distributed during the pandemic and this tool has made it so much easier for each stakeholder in this process to clearly understand what is happening from a hiring perspective, and what tasks they're responsible for. I wish to have more customisation on the exit survey questions. Also, fewer bugs, if possible. There are times that I will get forced close while doing the work.
