1. The Payroll system
2. Time Management module is unparalleled.
3. Organization Management is also good, which offers the view of the organization hierarchy at one shot.

1. the UI and the UX is terrible.
2. Learning the SAP HCM is complex as well. One cannot understand and know how one changes would impact the other, even with 5-7 years of experience.
3. The time management though good, lacks flexibility which is required in current workplace. I believe the SAPSUccessfactors offers good time management and OM structure. It is also user friendly and offers flexibility. The SAP SUccessfactors lacks in its compensation module which is where SAP HCM leads.
4. Learning and Development module needs to be changed drastically. There is no scope currently, everything has to be customized in SAP HCM.
5. Performance appraisal module is not good. Unlike SAP Successfactors which has an extremely good and flexible appraisal system SAP HCM doesn't offer any of them. The entire module has to be custom made.
6. Should there be a custom module created that is most disastrous thing because syncing the same with SAP becomes extremely difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the screens looks quite outdated, the User Interface needs to be improved. More functionalities needs to be bring in as other big competitors are bringing in. SAP HR needs to work on being flexible, agile and adaptive. Also one major dislike is - it is very tedious and very difficult to transition from SAP (once implemented) so before implementation, the users needs to take this point into consideration.
