SAP HCM is built on ERP software.

It is used to simplify and automate all activity involved in an enterprise.

SAP HCM is integral part of SAP ERP just like HR department is for an Organization. It takes care of Organization management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll and even Learning & Development.

SAP HCM provide real time business solution.

SAP HCM one of significant feature is integration. It can easily integrate with any software.

Best to be opted when it comes to deal with a database management. All the data input is done through filling the forms called as info types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
