SAP HCM includes HR data that is a good point for payroll calculation that do not need to be integrated.
SAP HCM also supports power payroll.
No need to buy licence for many employees since SAP HCM support more for HR Admin, HRBP, Management level. This can help save the budget.
Starting using SAP (HCM), you will realize there will be so much thing in the world you don't know. ABAP is new and good to learn. SAP also controls authorizations well. SAP HCM (and some other modules) can be started for ERP system, and enterprise can think about bigger to go to big data in the future.

Very easy to use, easy to catch and track errors and flexibility to correct them, its Integration to other modules, easy reports and it gives confidence and harmonization doing all HR activities. easy access interface, surfing employees data and looking for any information doesn't require many actions and steps on the system. I had to use excel a lot to manipulate reports, which I see that SAP can improve in system report manipulation to add more features to make it like excel.
Another dislike is when I wanted to use CATS Module and benefit its integration to the HR master data for payroll calculations and cost distribution, the process required more people to work, it had the option for mass upload and quick all day approvals but we didn't know what is the best to do that time so we had to use more employees to do the data entry.
