The things that i like the most in SAP HCM is the availability of information in single screen. SAP HCM give you a clear picture of an employee by consolidating all his related information and it's also effective in managing employee records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The things that i disliked the most is the configuration issues of several management infromation systems with the SAP HCM. SAP is working above all the standards to be on top in provding latest technological implemetaions whereas other softwares might not be that much compatible with SAP HCM settings to be configured. For me, the best part of SAP HCM is becoming an HCM Consultant.
