What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone?

I like that you can engage with employees and soon to be employees on a realistic level. I also enjoy that you can combine all new hire systems and payroll/ other human resource functions all in one place. Its hard to go from tab to tab getting onboarding complete Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone?

I wish the reports you could run were a little more "advanced" and you could pin point exactly what you were looking for instead of a broad range. Other than that everything about SAP Human Capital Management is wonderful. There isn't anything on here that someone in HR wouldn't use, its a great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping everything together in one place and being able to see other employees work being done while still having your own account. It makes it easy for someone to help or for different people to get certain aspects done and then combine it together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
