I dislike the interface and the software design of many SAP tools. The appearance looks like a backdated one, without minimalistic design and interface. There is a great deal of improvement needed in that category. It needs to have a makeover of its design which should be appealing and well thought. It also goes through multiple downtime and emergency maintenance, which is really frustrating as a user. It doesn't offer mobile friendly site design, thus always creating a need to work on Desktop.
