Its the best ERP i have ever seen, its an auto guiding ERP which helps you to create necessary data. One data is linked with all other modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about SAP Human Capital Management is we can do everything from one place Like From Hiring, Time Management (Attendance), Leave Management, Visits ,overtime, final settlement and everything in between our users have only one place to find all the Human Resource required questions, answers, and information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone?

It is difficult to pull reporting out of SAP. Unless you have a custom configuration It is very costly to implement and licensing is complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP HCM is very helpful in customizing data and functions related to the process in the HC area. We can set the system role based on work process that implement in our company. That's really match for manufacturing industry that has more than 10000 employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone?

Maybe just modify on interface to be more eye catching and simple menu that user friendly, especially for user from X Generation or Baby boomers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing HR operations for large organizations on papers or excel spreadsheets can be really a mess and can cause blunders where as it is very easy to manage the same with SAP HCM even the history records are mained as long as you want therefore it makes life easy when one needs to seach for any particular even of an employee lifecycle in the organisation.
