The best thing about SAP Human Capital Management is we can do everything from one place Like From Hiring, Time Management (Attendance), Leave Management, Visits ,overtime, final settlement and everything in between our users have only one place to find all the Human Resource required questions, answers, and information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP HCM is very helpful in customizing data and functions related to the process in the HC area. We can set the system role based on work process that implement in our company. Maybe just modify on interface to be more eye catching and simple menu that user friendly, especially for user from X Generation or Baby boomers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
