I have Functional and Technical 20 exprience in SAP in KSA.
I started my SAP journey with HR Module and then go with different functional core module like FICO,MM,SD,PP/QM,PS and So on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used International Payroll i.e 99 in our company. We implemented HR KSA Localization in Sandbox i.e 24 . But there is a delay in SAP to adopt the labor law changes.

1. SAP HCM is the one of the best ERP for the Organization with small to large scale business. Having most Efficient payroll functionality as per the country with inclusion of all statutory updates it is easy to run payroll and Posting to Accounts within the ERP reduces the User burden.
2. It can support Log in and Log outs as well as Simple time data calculation for the users. Also shows your Time data on counting date to Still date roping multiple scenarios with abundant of calculation.
3. SAP HCM Contains a best Organization structure where you can check the ORG tree and administrator can understand very easily about the Employees Positions and Jobs. A quick analysis can be made with strong decisions for the Organization.
4. A strong HRIS fields with in the Info types can store employees Personal and Professional. It includes Dependents as well as your career data to be enhancement with benefits for the employee.

2. The Consultant and users need a strong and Deep understanding of subject matter regarding infotypes and Time and Evaluation runs which some times led the Administrators to give up the system.
3. The SAP HCM also need Involvement of ABAPER (Technical) and BASIS (Authorization) for the support of smooth run of servers and systems of SAP HCM.
4. A small development also might need to involve the Technical and Basis team for the support which makes a show stopper.

Cross Integration to external Application is also simple. It has well designed Roles and Authorisation, which helps to limit the access level accordingly. Due to availability of enough Resources who can work on developments, it makes easier to develop solution as per business requirement.
