There are many good features in SAP Human Capital Management tools. The best one is the depth and breadth of tool in complaince. You don't have to worry about each country regulation with this tool because it is taken care by experts directly.

I liked Sap human management tool for its great features. It helps in tracking the attendance of the employees, payroll of employees, any analytic information about the employee and much more.
