SAP SuccessFactors advantages are automation of routine tasks, real-time workforce analytics, and tools for employee engagement and development. With mobile accessibility, it improves productivity and provides a personalized employee experience. Good customer support to sort out the issues. It makes ease of integration after the troubleshoot. Its limitation is to customize to cover all possible use cases in an organization. It covers most of the use cases though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This helps us in tracking the employees working in shifts and extracting data for processing payroll. This has considerably reduced the time spent on data collation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
