What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll?

I like how it maintains track of all my work-related papers and makes them easily accessible, I also like how simple the UI is and how educated the sales crew is before signing up. The support team is also highly responsive if you have questions after enrolling, SuccessFactors Core HR & Payroll keeps care of all client, payroll, contract agreements, and time tracking information. Onboarding was rather easy, and it took me about a week to get fully set up and ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll?

When new employee joins, you see the procedure but not the content of the dialogue; our staff find it difficult that the name of the firm with whom they conduct business is not stated anywhere. Descriptions of what is and is not included in the basic employee benefits module, as well as the prerequisites for this, might be made more obvious up front; a simulated paycheck before the first month would assist with this, but this is only accessible if you pay for it. In my experience I have used this and I found is complexity of the software. It can be quite complex and require significant training and expertise to use effectively.lastly in experience issues with integration with the software system they use, which can cause delays and inaccuracies in data transfer and errors in HR and payroll processing. All employee management is performed locally for the employee in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll. Policy, time off, and salary-related documentation are all kept in one spot, which is quite convenient. The staff replies to your queries fast, they are highly efficient problem solvers, and they have shown to be capable of resolving any issues that have emerged during my recruitment process. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll?

SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll, in my opinion, has done really well in terms of features and functions. Where it falls short is mandated training on the technology and its use, particularly for employees. Although the tax code is sometimes altered between payrolls, it would be more beneficial if they contributed information. It should also be noted that they are not particularly honest about the expenses of their services from the start; they told us an initial fee, but as we progressed through the process, there were additional hidden costs. Employers care about hiring the finest personnel for the job, and SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll addresses that problem regardless of region, which has a huge influence on performance and cost. Onboarding was simple, and payments were managed in a timely and error-free manner. P60s and P11d are always available in the app; I don't have to go asking for them. SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll is assisting us in paying our overseas contractors at no additional expense, and we are considering expanding our operations on SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll?

SuccessFactors standard process caters to lots of details which is good for the customer to start with. Also, it helps to fast-track implementation for small to medium size customers. Big organizations are usually with complex processes, and hence time scaling is different. But considering the flexibility of configuration, it covers that part as well.

Payroll Integration with other systems gets challenging at times. Especially the Time recording system.
