SAP is not just a software, it is philosophy. When as organization plan to implement SAP ERP, change management is required alone with that organization support is required.

SAP ERP is one of the best business management software that I have used but nevertheless we can not say that it is perfect and has some weaknesses such as support I would like to have more options and help channels, the interface can be a little confusing especially if you are not used to working with SAP integrations, I am not comfortable using this software to manage time and attendance of employees because I think it does not give accurate results of the time each employee performs a particular task and it is important especially for managers to monitor each activity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It feels like old fashioned technology for the user. You need to almost memorise t-codes and no where to look for what specific fields you need to complete. It is difficult to train new people because there are no 'guide me' prompts making SAP difficult to use at times.

SAP is super helpful with storing all your data in one place. It's a great tool that many divisions in one company can use. I wish there ere more capabilities and updates that helped lots of orgs.
