What do you like best about SAP ECC?

The modules in SAP ERP are subtle and best for my work. The documentation is great and simple. The support is responsive and quick. The adaptability to SAP ERP is relatively easy compared to other ERP solutions. I use it for employee payroll management and everything works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Everything is great except the interface. I feel it could be more engaging. It often feels like a very old software solution. The adaptability is great but it could be better like the modern ERP solutions in the market. There are not much changes in the upgrades that they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use SAP ERP for Payroll management of employees and rarely for timecard management, all the data is organized and easy to access at any point of time. The inbuilt integration for our organization's support applications is very great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
