What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP is the most widely used ERP tool in the world. The user interface of the software is the best. Simple, sorted and perfectly organized T-codes solve all the purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

One downside of SAP is that it has so many modules of its own (in different areas) that one cannot learn all of them. The list of features is countless and a person can easily get confused with so many T-codes adn applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:

I would highly recommend using SAP for all the functios of an organization. Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing and many other operations can all be performed in the same software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in Supply Chain. All the inventory of our Plant is maintained in SAP. The proper tracking of stocks is done through SAP. Purchase functions of PR/PO are also carried out through SAP.

One big advantage of SAP is that we can see all the different transactions in one software which helps in efficient working environment for the organzation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
