What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP is the software ERP used for big companies around the world, the new user experience SAP Fiori is one of the biggest value added to the ERP, adding a better user experience, new features and innovation through this new technology and becoming SAP in a intuitive and more flexible application, giving a better user experience on a web environment. What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

SAP has been had an agresive roadmap in order to innovate their ERP, but I think they are going a bit slow in some business processses, such as EAM and QM. I know they will introduce innovation in all processes ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have solved many business process problems using SAP, specially related to Material Management and Plant Maintenance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
