What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP ERP provides the perfect and desired solution to the buisness processes and integrates well for enterprise resource planning. The modules defined by SAP are very much evident and focused on the solutions that are needed for individual organizations. The documentation is well versed, and the support provided by SAP is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

The time taken to implement the application is vast. The cost of the subscription is also high. Connectivity and implementation to locations apart from local are poor. Also, the solution provided to complex systems that involve deployment on the cloud is challenging, and the answer provided is not straight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm solving the issues that involve material management, quality management, human capital management, production planning, project system, sales and distribution, and plant maintenance. SAP provides individual modules to solve these issues and makes life easier. Also, the documentation and support provided by the tool are pretty amazing and can be referred to anytime. What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
