What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP ERP is one of the leading applications in business management, this software provides a number of solutions such as enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, product lifecycle management and customer relationship management just to name a few, is very efficient to store data and create dashboards of data in real time, The mobile applications of both IOS and android are a wonder and are very similar to the web version, has a large number of integrations with different SAP modules that work efficiently, all information is fully secured and has all the necessary accounting functions that will consolidate all financial information of your company and you can be sure to have accurate and timely financial reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

SAP ERP is one of the best business management software that I have used but nevertheless we can not say that it is perfect and has some weaknesses such as support I would like to have more options and help channels, the interface can be a little confusing especially if you are not used to working with SAP integrations, I am not comfortable using this software to manage time and attendance of employees because I think it does not give accurate results of the time each employee performs a particular task and it is important especially for managers to monitor each activity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:

SAP is a leading brand worldwide so one of the reasons why I would recommend it is because of its reputation, it is a software with a great capacity to carry out all the financial processes of any type of organization whether it is small or large, it can be very useful and I recommend it especially for companies that are dedicated to manufacturing or distribution, the learning curve is low even though it may require training it is really easy to learn the operation of this platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

My whole organization uses SAP ERP to carry out all its basic financial processes and we have trained almost all our staff to work with this incredible platform, all the processes of service management, billing and accounts payable, sales orders, accounting, human resources and manufacturing are done through the SAP ERP platform and it is because it is a really complete and easy to use software because our whole organization is familiar with all the functions provided by this software with which we have improved our profits and our company's income Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
