What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP is super helpful with storing all your data in one place. It's a great tool that many divisions in one company can use. I wish there ere more capabilities and updates that helped lots of orgs. In my experience at different companies it usually cost way more to get all the additional add ons that will help reduce your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

sometimes the integration with other tools is difficult such as it's better if you have sales force but even then it doesn't always talk to each other in the best way. Sometimes you need additional add ons that cost a lot more money and can be difficult to get approvals for from your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:

just be sure you have all the monetary resources. I still highly recommend SAP bc not only will your employees transition over more easily since it's used widely across all companies but also user interface is well done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
