What do you like best about SAP ECC?

Robust & Dynamic ERP tool we just need to the transactions all the relevant data of other modules also get updated simultaneously. When we do the transactions related to inventory automatically accounting data determined which gets updated simultaneously. We can easily integrate SAP ERP to other software with the help of EDI. We can get all the important data at any time with help of ERP database which is very consistent.

We can easily customise the SAP ERP according to our need. It has various modules like material management, sales and distribution, financial and controlling, HCM and CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

The user interface is not so good. It is not interactive. We as end user face various difficulty to understand and perform the transactions. We need to rely on support team when we face difficulty, help section is not so useful.

Training cost is very costly and time taking as well and it takes huge amount of eft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:

Robust & Dynamic ERP Tool it is very useful for any organisation. It is is must for large organisations who can make the huge investment and can reap the advantages of SAP ERP. Return on investment is very high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do the financial transactions in SAP ERP. Creation of asset data, maintaining general ledger data. Execution of various data from SAP ERP database for preparation of balance sheet. What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
