What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP ERP is a wonderful business to business (B2B) software. It is a one point business solution for everything you required in a business. It contains all modules like sales and distribution, material management, finance and accounting etc. It takes care supply side like what is needed, how much is needed, when it will be needed, etc with help of MRP process in SAP. It allows businesses to focus on their core competency and leave rest aside to it. Various modules of SAP ERP are used to set up a whole business from scratch. There is no need store master data of different module separately. Same master data can be used in different module due to this there is less data redundancy. Overall it is an amazing tool to run big businesses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

SAP ERP is a very costly software, making it unaffordable for small businesses. Only multi billion dollar companies can afford it. Also it is very complex. A very big team is required to manage its various modules. It requires a complex network of various teams interacting for co-ordinaton. Interdependency is very high of teams on each other. It is a very wonderful tool for big businesses. If you have deep pockets then go for it. It will take care of everything. It manages everything for the business. This ERP tool is must for large organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
