What do you like best about SAP ECC?

In my organization, SAP ERP is widely being used as human resource related platform. Its easy to get complete data of every employee of the company nationwide and also used as swift tool to handle all financial and non financial matters of all employees. We as an employee get timely updates about our salaries, tax related documentation, raises, and all other day to day financial data. It is also being used to apply for travel requests, medical claims, per diem expense claims and many more. It also helps in time management in a very efficient way as we can apply for our leaves and LFAs without any hassle by using SAP ERP portal and it immediately get notified to related manager for timely approvals. As I am not an inventory team guy, but it is also used widely by organizational inventory team and they always applaud this software as the best one for their purpose. What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

The downside I have seen in SAP ERP is forced password change every 45 days. It is sometimes very complicated while memorizing your passwords every now and then. One more thing which I see as a downside is it only works in organizational network as in case of my organization and can't be accessed at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:

SAP ERP is the best module for compiling many day to day business matters, and I suggest everyone to must try it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
