I like the demographics app to show clients during sales who their ideal client is and how many there are withing their trading area. The quoting system is great with many different options for businesses that deliver customised solutions to their clients. When we have our sales meetings SAP CRM makes it easier to have them through a digital platform as we can see everyone's progress and reports. This programme is ideal for tracking sales employees results and eliminates the process of micromanaging and allows all staff to work at their own pace as we can now focus on results and not try and implement solutions through behaviour. There is nothing to dislike other than I wish more people were using it. I have had programmes before using SAP and it was always a struggle as each program had to fill a specific need, but with SAP CRM it had all I needed in on.
