What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

Once you have the experience and the background it is a powerful tool. It allows so much granulation within to help manage your data.

can integrate SAP CRM to any sap business suite or non sap tool. We could also customized the SAP CRM according to specific organization's need.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

Is too fiddly and not user or newbie friendly. New or inexperienced people will find it really difficult to get up to speed. UI is massively outdated, too much clicking to find data.

What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

It's very easy to use and efficient there seamless integration capabilities for other products making it best in class and it's has lot of features and configuration options and SAP releases there update and maintenance timely.

Second thing if we are using it on daily basis we required that simple and user-friendly that exactly SAP offer there UI is really easy to understand. Whenever we face any issue there support team also help there is delay but yes they helpful and good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
