I loved the enthusiasm that Scott Moran and the entire Samcart team convey in the presentation of the Samcart platform and the clear and concise steps that new eproduct clients can take to launch their very own e-business and take it to the next level. The Samcart platform is sufficiently complete and the information so valuable that it is all you need to construct your e-products and or e-business from A to Z... Really awesome! I was very excited to use SAMCART, the advertising they handle and the insistence of their marketing efforts make you keep them in mind all the time. However, the reality is very different.
At this point, I can't tell you more because I have not been able to resolve the problems I have encountered with the platform. The Support Team is very bad. For a premium service, they should offer chat support and not just mail support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Definitely, the customer support is very bad, the only way you have to contact the support team is by email. It really calls to my attention that in the middle of 2021 almost 2022 they give you such poor and deficient support. The support takes a long time and sometimes they don't answer your questions. I really do not expect this from a service that is sold at a premium price.
I don't understand how services that are not so critical for companies offer chat support and this one, which is critical for business doesn't have it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to use! I'm not tech-savvy and always get nervous when we use new software, but SamCart is extremely user-friendly. But what I like the best is the fact that we finally have a way to charge people to pay whatever they want. We have a class that is donation-based. People can pay anything from 0 to however much they want to pay. That seemed to be almost impossible until we found SamCart. So happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here are the things that I like in SamCart :
1. Multiple Payment Options (one-payment, recurring etc.), Order Bumps, and 1-Click Upsells are my favorite - helps in Customer Value Optimization
2. Subscription Saver and Cart Abandonment - Helps saving orders/subscriptions
3. With features like Duplicate Product, the time taken in creating new products gets reduced
4. New Integration Engine with tons of triggers
And, Courses Apps looks cool too (would be worth a try if you are starting out and not having any already in place things for Courses) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Samcart support team, especially Whitney and Chris, single-handedly helped me create and launch the beautiful product page. But the most important thing is that they did it with such care and support. Whitney, an account manager, consistently reached out to me to schedule time to support me with things I didn't even know I needed support with. In our time together she tagged in Chris to help me with some of the aesthetics of my launch page. They both genuinely cared that I was launch-ready and about my brand and product story.
