What do you like best about SamCart?

The customer support is outstanding, highly responsive and incredibly helpful and personalized. I'm so impressed and grateful for the help I got from Patricia. Without her, I would have missed critical steps and it would have taken me much longer to set things up. This is worth the cost, and can make or break your success. What do you dislike about SamCart?

Things aren't always so obvious, and the help FAQs search results don't reveal all the great support documents available. Without customer support assistance, it is very difficult to figure out all the steps, where things are, what has to be done, and in what order. The user interface is tricky to figure out, the AI bot isn't as helpful as it could be, and FAQ search could be improved. That said, everything you need is there; you just have to find it. What do you like best about SamCart?

I've been working with one of SamCart's CreatorU Accelerator coaches, Juniper, who has been amazing!!! I've been completely blown away by her care and support. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and her genuine care for me and commitment to getting me to a result has been a standout and made my experience a fantastic one. She's also been incredibly patient and understanding throughout our time together which has been more helpful than she probably realises. Setting up SamCart was definitely easy with the help of a coach. The CreatorU Accelerator program is something I'd definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get motoring with their vision to sell online, and not waste time on trying to figure it all out themself. What do you dislike about SamCart?

What do you like best about SamCart?

I like that SamCart lets us launch high-converting checkout pages and full offers in minutes without needing a developer or complicated setup. The one-page checkout is super clean and streamlined, which has helped us lower cart abandonment. I love how easy it is to add order bumps, one-click upsells, and cross-sells, boosting our average order value with almost no extra work from our team. The one-page checkout is fast, mobile-friendly, and doesn't force customers to create an account, directly translating to fewer abandoned carts. Order bumps let us add a low-effort, high-relevance extra at checkout without disrupting the flow. One-click upsells and cross-sells allow us to present a relevant upgrade or offer after purchase, increasing revenue per customer. I also really value the custom fields and order questions feature for collecting specific info during checkout, eliminating back-and-forth emails after purchase. What do you dislike about SamCart?

We've also run into limitations with advanced coupon and discount rules. Simple percentage or fixed discounts are fine, but things like buy-one-get-one, tiered discounts, or automatic volume pricing require workarounds. For B2B clients with custom pricing or bulk packages, this gets clunky. More robust discount logic would make it far more versatile. I'd love to see much more robust conditional logic across the entire platform—not just for discounts, but for checkout fields, shipping, billing, and product access. I love that SamCart is a US retail-optimized conversion and checkout platform built exclusively for revenue growth without bloated, irrelevant features. Every tool, setting, and workflow is designed to solve the specific pain points of US DTC/retail businesses, like cutting checkout friction and boosting average order value. It simplifies the sale of both physical and digital products with an intuitive, no-code interface that even my non-technical marketing and retail team can use without IT support. I also enjoy the intuitive, no-code funnel builder that makes launching time-sensitive campaigns fast. What do you like best about SamCart?

I use SamCart to collect payments without worrying about technical setup. It removes checkout and payment hassles, allowing me to sell digital products easily. I like how easy it is to set up and use checkout pages. The smooth checkout flow and inbuilt upsells work especially well and help increase sales without extra effort. The smooth checkout reduces drop-offs and built-in upsells help me increase order value automatically, making SamCart more valuable without adding extra work. UPDATE:

I left a 1 Star originally and just changed it to 4 Star. Originally, I signed up for their trial and never used the program, forgot to cancel and got charged. I asked for a refund since I didn't use it and they denied the refund. I posted the review and their response suggested I reach out again. I did, and they made an exception and refunded me. I appreciate this a lot, and I don't think people should need to go through all this to get a refund in this situation so changing to a 4 star. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can get an online presence FAST and there are constant improvements being made. Quick set up of landing pages. I'm not a huge user at the moment but Samcart is helping me create a storefront. Customer support is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SamCart?

You can't start something on a certain date. It all depends on the date the subscriber/person signs up. My annual subscription rate went from ~$400 to ~$1200 so I had to bow out.
