The checkout designs look a bit outdated and their layout is not that customizable. Also, the price is rather high. There are also a few bugs in their reporting when filtering on dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any. Their support is all done through videos online. They tell you in the beginning it will only take 14 days to create your course. That is a lie! It takes you 14 days just to go through the training videos. Then, after going through all the training videos you have to make so many of your own videos to post that after a year I'm still not done trying to make this work. They are very misleading when they sell this to you. As soon as they get your money all your support is in training videos. There's no one to help you. They say in their ads that it only takes you 14 days to create your course. That is a lie! Point it takes you more than 14 days to even get through their training videos on how to create your videos and content! There's absolutely no support other than the training videos. You were on your own! And then They want to keep on charging you annually for not even being able to use it! I was just charged $349 that I didn't know I was going to be charged because I was led to believe it was a one time fee when I signed up a year ago. Now I'm trying to get them to refund the money after zero support for a year and I'm having a lot of problems! He was very personable and professional as he worked with me through various glitches in the renewal of my subscription, including compassionately pausing the process while I took time to be with family after the passing of my mother. The only challenge I had was figuring out how advertising could work without a Facebook ad account. My FB account is blocked with no solution and although the content shows a lot on FB ads. How easy it was to follow the steps. The program is broken up into short 20 minute sessions and in each session, 1 subject is handled. That made it very easy to follow, easy to do the steps every day over a 2 week period and be successful. I have done several courses like this and was never as far ahead as I am now with this program. I am very excited that I can have something ready to sell in a few days. Nothing really. Everything is pretty clear in terms of how to do it and what steps tp go through to make a successful product. CreaterU niversity goes straight to the point &with the 14 days course creation challenge, I was finally able to get my first course going, With an investment of less than 50bucks. Before, I did spend thousands of EUROs for landing pages, sales funnel & copywriting - literally not required! The tool itself is super straightforward and accessible.
