I left a 1 Star originally and just changed it to 4 Star. Originally, I signed up for their trial and never used the program, forgot to cancel and got charged. I asked for a refund since I didn't use it and they denied the refund. I posted the review and their response suggested I reach out again. I did, and they made an exception and refunded me. I appreciate this a lot, and I don't think people should need to go through all this to get a refund in this situation so changing to a 4 star. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can get an online presence FAST and there are constant improvements being made. Quick set up of landing pages. I'm not a huge user at the moment but Samcart is helping me create a storefront. Customer support is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't start something on a certain date. It all depends on the date the subscriber/person signs up. My annual subscription rate went from ~$400 to ~$1200 so I had to bow out. I like the most beautiful feature of it to create professional shopping cart pages and easily integrate with most e-mail service providers. It helps businesses to create sales funnels with very high conversion rates. Because of this feature, I use it frequently. It's easy to use, and there are a variety of different plans available to suit businesses of any size. I love the ease of integration with other systems and setting up products is simple. Having free products isn't easy and requires a workaround that takes away from the professional appearance of the pages.

I love the ease of purchasing from one sales page. And best of all I get an acutal person on the phone or zoom who shows up prepared, quickly goes through my site and makes adjustments to my products to help me sell more. I'm truly blown away by the knowledge the Samcart folks have and how they are able to understand my business and how to make the most out of what I'm selling. Now I am loving the course app through Samcart. It's a clean look and easy to use.

I help a lot of business owners launch membership sites, coaching offers, product sales, etc... and billing management is usually a headache, especially with Stripe.

SamCart makes it all super easy. I love the dashboard, the ability to easily send users a secure email to update their card (Stripe users know how annoying this is), and it's extremely easy to create checkout pages and new products. I wouldn't use any other service at the moment for managing billing and taking sign-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, it's great. The sales page templates are a little hard to customize, but they look great out of the box, so I don't really see a need to change much. But if you're very picky about design, it's hard to tweak their templates in any significant way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These guys are not at all interested in conducting business or providing a service. They just want to take your money and run. They trick you into re-occurring payments and don't advise you before running your card. Once they do, they will say it is now "too late" to cancel making it next to impossible to ever actually cancel without notifying your bank that they are no longer authorized to charge your card. They are impossible to work with because they do not care about quality of product or reputation, only in getting your money. Buyer beware! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy is it to create product pages that can be connected to the product itself. For instance, you can insert a link or file into the ad page on your end, and when someone sees your ad page and decides to buy they will automatically receive the file (ex: e-book, manual, etc).
