What do you like best about SalesRoads?

They say no! unlike other service companies that have the tendency to say yes to all deals. SalesRoads really focuses on helping customers operate in verticles in which they have experience. This is a big advantage they have over others in the OSP community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesRoads?

The only thing that I would say we dislike is the fact that SalesRoads has a harder time building large teams quickly, this is most likely due to their strict hiring process. While it's a part of the reason they deliver quality, it also means there is a time delay to spin up large teams of 20 plus sales agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesRoads?

The way they metabolized precisely the kind of prospects we were looking for, and they built around it. Not only did we make more appointments, but we also had fewer no-shows and a much higher conversion rate than with other companies. We had over a 50% conversion rate in our second month. What do you dislike about SalesRoads?

The amount of time it took to for them to start making calls. I expected it to be a week at the most, and it took almost three weeks. We had such good results, in the end, it was well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesroads' attention to detail and flexibility when it comes to designing an outreach campaign is unmatched. They are quick to alter the strategy based on early results and found an optimal solution for our specific application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesRoads?

Only appointment setting service we've used that works with some intuition. We started with a basic list and target parameter set, over time SR has done their own research, made their own recommendations based on conversations they've had, and now we more or less collaborate on strategy when it comes to prospect targeting. Initially we had worked with 3 outbound companies and pretty quickly went solely with SR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesRoads?

They are extremely detail oriented which is a good thing. Need to have some patience when you get going with them though, as they will want to think through the approach and move ahead with a real strategy. At first I just wanted quick appointments. Happy I bought into the whole process and bypassed the need for instant gratification, but I had to temper immediate expectations as the launch process took a week or two initially.
