  ### 1. An honest review; Solar Utilization

**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

Sales Rabbit has been a resource provided to us by my company, Virginia Energy Solutions.  It has ample resources that are easy to use and accessible while going door to door.  Two things that make this platform stand out in comparison to other platforms I have used in the past like SalesRoutes is Sales Rabbit's customer service feedback and the vast settings adjustments to utilize while on the doors.  If I've had an issue and addressed it in the customer service portal, it is quickly addressed and resolved by the software team.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

I don't like that you cannot make a custom route for the day by manually selecting the houses I want to knock.  For example, in the Pest Control world, each house is worth talking to.  In the solar industry, there are many houses that are disqualified and not worth talking to because of tree shading, overly custom roof structure, etc.  I would like to see this implemented in the future.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Rabbit has already addressed some of the issues I experienced on the doors such as: my lead notes were disappearing from one day to the next and the leads were occassionaly drifting off of the house itself on the map in my assigned area (from my company administrator).

The best thing about the SalesRabbit is the lead management and the team management feature that effectively helps track the leads along the funnel and helps team members stay organised and productive.

**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

It helps me track neighborhoods I have already canvassed.  The simplicity of the linkage to my activity report is simple and easy.  I would recommend to anyone.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

The only thing that could in my opinion make it stronger is to have the option to view the neighborhood prior to pulling up so I can see which homes get most sun and which homes already have solar.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically just the simplicity of the app while canvassing neighborhoods.  Very simple to use and track as you go.  Definitely feel like it is a more productive use of my time while out knocking doors.

I can honestly say that the Team at SalesRabbit is amazing! Their onboarding process was thorough and full of information needed to set up our Team. SalesRabbit has helped our team manage leads, sign contracts, and seeing what our team is producing.

I don't have a lot of negatives to say about SalesRabbit.

It is helping us with lead management, door knocking metrics, sales reps location monitoring, signing contracts. Overall it has allowed up to have a software that is a spot shop.

SalesRabbit is an outside sales reps best friend.  I can pin every contact with notes to refresh me on the particulars of the interaction days later. I would be lost with out this app

I haven't found a downside yet, been using this for 4 weeks now.  Absolutely love this app

All in one sales app that pins location of each visit while allowing me to take detailed notes of the sale or of the interaction.  Really helps with second and third visits

It's easy to use and very easy to adapt. Good interface easy to understand and easy to use day to day to find your customers and help maintain relationship with your customers

Nothing much but if they could add sone more features that would be great. At the moment it offers limited features and with more features it would be so much better

The variety of options allowing categorical labeling and analysis of all homeowners that have been contacted.
Not to mention the automatic lead filing system on the app allowing a seamless transfer of information across devices.

Gaining access to the app initially was a problem, but once in there was very little problems moving forward.

Lead organization was for certain a problem starting sales, the app allowed a much easier experience keeping track of all the informations gathered in the field.

The filters for your data grid and leads ensure you are talking to qualified homeowners.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

Sometimes the calendar in the SalesRabbit app is off from the actual appointment times. However, my appointments move over to google calendar which is correct.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of any issues within SalesRabbit being fixed right now. They have fixed bug issues in the past when submitting forms, which has helped smooth things on my end.

The most helpful part of SalesRabbit is the map and how easy it is to find the leads. Also being able to change the markers to make it easier to know what houses you've already knocked or not.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

One thing that I don't like about SalesRabbit is when I get new leads they don't show up on my profile until I logout or reinstall the app, only after this my new leads come up.

It solves the problem of finding what house has the leads and what don't and being able to have a detailed view of what happened at each lead and how it ended.

I appreciate how it links to other systems like Acculynx,  automatically uploading appointments and contact information. SalesRabbit is very useful in the field; it saves time and helps me stay organized.

Sales Rabbit tracks customer information (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.) and allows me to log visits. I can see where I've been and to go next.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

I can search for contacts by address. It would also be helpful to be able to search contacts by homeowner name or date visited.

We can see where we've been so we don't hit the same places, avoiding redundancy.
We can visit homes around current jobs, increasing marketing effectiveness.

I also like that I can leave a note on every house I knock and if ever go back to the same house i know who did I talk to and what they told me.
Sales rabbit for me it's the best tracking tool for canvassing.

Greater locality control with specific area control on the salesperson. So better control over who is responsible for which area and unnecessarily disturbing potential customers twice.

Pricing per user or total pricing structure is a little expensive. Since its software the per-user licensing should be resonable.

Greater control of marking specific areas per rep. This gives sales manager control of reps regions and able to grab most from specific geographical location

**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

The best thing in SalesRabbit is that you can mark down pins on the houses. This gives you a very good idea where you can find prospects, which houses to avoid, what time to visit the houses, etc.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

I dislike the fact that SalesRabbit application map loads almost every time you open the app, this uses a lot of data and is time consuming. 
Also you should be able to choose wether the app uses apple maps or google maps as their satellite picture. Google maps for apple devices and vice versa if possible. Sometimes google maps has very good quality and sometimes apple maps has better. 
3rd suggestion would be to be able to customize buttons, move around UI, so that sales reps can place buttons wherever they like to make things more efficient, it would be a huge time saver.

SalesRabbit helps to keep track of your prospects, sales and territory you are working. It helps to mark down where to go and what houses to skip. I couldn't imagine having a paper map for that nowadays.

SalesRabbit has been very easy to use, the app is very helpful in keeping track of my daily routine.
Love of clear and large font. Simple. Has are for notes

Sometimes it drains my phone battery quickly if I have the app on to long.

I love how easy sales rabbit is to use! I Can quickly pull up a neighborhood I have previously worked to find info I had previously stored. Name, phone, and any other notes I had stored that I found relevant to the deal.I also love how you can mark homes place them into different categories, example follow up, appointment, not interested.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

I do not like the fact that you can not quickly sort your leads into categories that you have already placed them in for a more stream lined follow up process.

I have worked in other industries and follow up is a huge key to success. However when canvassing a neighborhood I had a tough time remembering every house I touched and who was interested  or not. Sales Rabbit became the perfect solution to my troubles!

It was user friendly and easy to access company wide. Would recommend! Also it was awesome to see the homeowners name in the app.

Nothing, didn't notice anything wrong but it was slow and patchy sometimes.

I like how you can take notes for each address notating whether a homeowner was home or nor interested.

It took me a little while to learn how to use the app.

It solves the issues of trying to keep track of each residence and what happened at each door. It's helping me to canvas each neighborhood more effectively.

How slow updating data is and how many option there are on keeping leads connected to an entity.

It keeps customer interaction in a clear and concise status. All necessary contact and note taking ability, with great integration to AccuLynx file.

Less ability to store photos within the job file. At time slow download/upload speeds within app.

The support is top-notch. If you don't know how to do or set something up, ask. There's not an issue I've brought up they didn't jump on right away. Besides that, the user interface is really clean and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

Of course pricing is a factor. I do believe you get what you pay for but if you're a smaller team, this may not be the app for you as they have a 5-user minimum unless you have a special agreement with them.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesRabbit has made it super easy to manage leads. The reporting is simple to set up and again, they'll walk you through that. Just ask. Reps simply tap on a home to drop pins and tap on the pins to change them if needed.

It is easy to navigate, and the pin drops for home addresses are easy to use.  it is also accurate. Our team uses it whenever we go door to door and it helps us navigate neighborhoods

The logo for the app isn't appealing. Also, it is easy for employees who don't necessarily use the app correctly to make it look like doo knocking was done even if they were never at the addresses they posted pins on,

It helps us locate addresses that have not been canvassed, doors that have been knocked with no answer and overall, it helps us have a clear view on what opportunities need follow up, such as "come bac" "interested" notes on pin drops

The onboarding process was extremely thorough on both the admin side and the user side.  Our onboarding specialist and Customer success person were very friendly and answered all our questions.

I don't like that they don't have a web app that I can use on my computer as an Admin , I had to download the app to see what the sales reps see because the web view is completely different.

The map feature of Task Rabbit is super helpful. Also, being able to collaborate with others from my team was immensely valuable. I could go to an area and immediately see who had been there and what the results were.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

There were some functions that were a little clunky. I would add a lead through the plus button in the app, input the address, and click enter. When I went to the map, it didn't always pop up in the correct location. The geo-location tagging could be dialed in a bit.

The thing SalesRabbit helped the most with was being able to seamlessly keep track of leads and contact info, while simultaneously creating reminders for call-backs. That integration is huge.

The pricing is high. It's tough making the payments with a small team but I guess it's somewhat motivation to get out there and pound the doors even more. Seems fair.

Making door knocking easy not only is their core product great but their add-ins are pretty cool too. We just started using DataGrid AI and it's pretty sweet. Really excited to use it to its full potential.

There aren't many downsides to the app. Most issues experienced are due to poor cell reception rather than any fault on the app. It does what it does well. No complaints.

Follow up misses and preventing unwanted follow up on rude or disinterested individuals. Our targets are much more calculated and because of this we are much more productive.

Easy to track prospects on a map, plan my day and find the best driving routes take notes and set reminders to go back to home that was listed for sale a few months earlier.

The filters used to create a route to get to prospects could be easier to use.  For example letting one filter more than one type of lead and it would also be nice to be able to add more than 23 locations to a route
