I love the ability to see clients that have been talked to, have declined, have been inspected, are under contract, or just hate solicitors. The ability to mark your contacts with a variety of options, not only helps you keep track, but helps your team. Easily see saturated areas, or areas that need to be hit. Only issue I have with sales rabbit is:
Sometimes it will not sync cross OS. When I'm on my IPad I see certain things or activity areas. On my Android phone, I will see the same areas lacking the "Tags". Even when my filter settings are exactly the same on both devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the Roofing Expo in Vegas a few years ago I was bombarded with big CRM companies that were well out of my pricepoint for a family owned residential roofing company with only a few years in business under our belts. I HAVE LEARNED SALES RABBIT IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT. No program is going to do all of the work for you. We only used it for tracking doors knocked for the first year and for our business model at that price point, it honestly paid for itself. However, recently we have added our own training material into it, used it to track canvasser productivity, converted the leads into marketing practices, etc. Now we are on track to do triple the amount in business that we did last year and we attribute a large part of that success to Sales Rabbit! I wish Sales Rabbit let us know a little more about how to get new employees set up and trained on the app. However, I will say the support staff have been fantastic and impressively quick at resolving any concerns we call with. I also like that new employees can call and ask questions on their own to learn more, it takes the pressure off me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I remember not wanting to pay for it but everyone is like are you really going to use a map? So I am like okay I will use it. Best decision ever. I can exactly usen the pins for what I need them like if I know I need to come back, and what category each house fits in etc. Not only that but you can set appointments on pins and then the appointments will show up on the front page and even send you a reminder. It always shows the exact location so I know exactly what house I am near to be able to pin it. I can't even imagine doing this job without sales rabbit it has been a huge time saver, using a physical map would be so exhausting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love everything about it, in a perfect world if we could use the app twitch out the internet is hay I would love. But, at the end of the day a lot of apps now do require internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am thankful that the development team at SalesRabbit did their job and provided a recent update. With the update I am now able to transfer homeowner information to another service my company uses. As of right now, I don't have any issues with using SalesRabbit. Prior to the update, I was not able to seamlessly transfer homeowner information to the other system we use. Thanks to the team I am now able to utilize SalesRabbit as intended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
