**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

I like that SalesRabbit makes it easier to manage field sales without constantly switching between different tools. The territory mapping and lead tracking features have helped our team stay more organized, especially during follow-ups. The mobile app is also useful when working outside the office because updates sync quickly and reps can access customer information on the go.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

Some parts of the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with sales tracking tools. I've also noticed occasional lag when syncing updates in areas with weaker internet connections. Once you get used to it the platform works well, but the onboarding experience could be simpler.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SalesRabbit, we struggled with tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and keeping field sales updates organized. A lot of information was being handled manually, which slowed down communication and caused missed opportunities. SalesRabbit helped centralize customer data, improve team coordination, and make reporting much faster. Since implementing it, we've saved time on daily admin work and improved visibility into sales activity in real time.

**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

I use SalesRabbit for D2D sales, and I find it really useful because it keeps track of lead status and converts data into pins. I like that it has detailed lead information and that it visualizes my turf plan well. The map looks good, and I appreciate the turf planning, turf segmentation, and user assignment features. These features are valuable as they help me keep track of my organization and monitor my turf efficiently. The ability to filter based on different times of the day is also a plus. Additionally, I found the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

It logs you out every once in a while and sometimes too often; sometimes the data grid is not reliable; it takes a while to mark new pins, it should be faster to mark empty houses. The log out is extremely bad since you sometimes don't have mobile data to log back in, breaking the whole reliability and availability of the service.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesRabbit tracks lead status, converts data into pins, and visualizes turf plans. It helps me monitor my organization, plan my turf, and filter activities effectively.

I like how SalesRabbit helps me navigate which houses have been hit and which ones haven't, allowing me to keep track of my follow-ups easily. I really appreciate the feature that keeps my appointments on a calendar where I can see them. It makes my scheduling process so much easier and ensures that I am not double-booking appointments. The initial setup of SalesRabbit was super easy, which I found to be incredibly convenient.

**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

I really like SalesRabbit's design because it's simple yet visually appealing, and it gamifies sales in a fun way. I also appreciate the datagrid feature that allows me to filter out my perfect prospects, saving time and helping me get names if I missed some. The lead icons are simple and colorful, which stands out to me. Using SalesRabbit, I can easily mark my prospects and add all the necessary information I need to do my job well, as well as schedule appointments and follow-ups effortlessly. Setting it up initially was easy too.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

Sometimes the servers get overloaded and leads get reset or deleted, which is not fun. Also, saving the map for offline use would be great, otherwise it takes a lot of data, redownloading the maps.

I like how SalesRabbit makes knocking doors easy and very organized by allowing me to change the color and status of each house. This feature helps me stay organized. As long as everything is user-friendly and simple, I like it. The initial setup was also easy.

Sometimes when I zoom in and out it seems very glitchy but that could be due to the warm weather

The per-user licensing model can end up being prohibitively expensive, especially for smaller businesses.

I find SalesRabbit helpful in managing areas and assigning leads when it actually functions correctly. This capability has the potential to benefit my work by organizing door-to-door team operations and ensuring assignments are handled effectively.

I find everything about SalesRabbit difficult to use. The software is unreliable, as it only helps with area management and lead assignment occasionally when it actually works. Overall, it's a bad software with very few useful features. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and there's nothing about it that would make me want to buy it again. It's terrible software, and I would change everything about it if I could.

I find that when SalesRabbit actually works, it helps with area management and lead assignment for door-to-door teams. Also their support team and engineers are among the worst in the industry. Unintelligent, unavailable, terrible experience.

Lead management, route planning, and performance tracking are some of the crucial features that make SalesRabbit a powerful CRM in the market. I personally believe in systems, processes, and staying organized. Therefore, its features that help you stay organized, focus on selling, and close deals faster turn out to be extremely effective.

**What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?**

I don't particularly dislike anything about SalesRabbit; however, no tool is perfect. SalesRabbit does show some limitations when working with large datasets. I also found it quite difficult to execute B2B strategies using this platform. That said, for door-to-door sales, this tool works great.

We are managing a business that involves both online and field sales. When my father started the business, he was managing everything in a notebook. Then, as technology started evolving, we tried out multiple tools and eventually found SalesRabbit. Now, we are well aware of and comfortable using this tool for field sales management. It is working efficiently and saving us a lot of time, allowing us to focus on growth.

There are a few things we find most helpful about  Sales Rabbit. The ease to track metrics between our teams to help us constantly improve our training is a great asset. My favorite feature is Amplify, this has been a game changer in keeping our team motivated. It truly makes door knocking fun!

We are very happy with sales rabbit. I cannot think of anything that we dislike.

**What do you like best about SalesRabbit?**

We’ve been using SalesRabbit for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most user-friendly and intuitive platforms we’ve worked with. The UI/UX is thoughtfully designed, making it incredibly easy for our team to navigate and use effectively right out of the gate. From seamless onboarding to day-to-day functionality, the experience has been nothing short of impressive.

What sets SalesRabbit apart, though, is their exceptional Customer Support team. They are always on it—responding promptly, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that no question or issue goes unresolved. They close the loop with you so effectively that it almost feels like they’re overdelivering (not a bad problem to have!). Like any software, there are bugs and glitches that arise with new updates. I wish there was more communication whenever a new update comes out or certain functionality is being dropped from the Software. 

Integrations and Customizations, while available, are not fully robust.  They took the time to build out these APIs but they are not robust.

**What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data from the Canvas team resides in the software but has been difficult to surface when needed.  With the acquisition of Amplify this headache is slowly going away but there are still many mouseclicks to get the simple data you need.

I love how user friendly the software is. The setup and intigration process was in chunks with a their support team, they made it super easy! Everyone on the support staff has been quick to answer questions. We tried to change which platform we used and actually came back to Sales Rabbit. All of our reps are required to use Sales Rabbit daily to track thier leads.

I like how smooth everything works, as well as all the different ways I can see leads dispo, or how I can track locations of marketers and see there stats. It all works very well and the app design is clean and easy to understand.

The app still has glitches, we are seeing a massive bug right now where my marketers are dispoing homes, and the dispos disapear or the marketers get kicked out of there turf, and or the houses don't load, very easy to fix these issues I think, but these issues are critical in our field of work.

Salesrabbit is helping us with an issue we had in the past where we knocked a door, and that person leaves the door, and then the next person who knocks that door didn't know what happened at that door, but now with salesrabbit, I can see who knocked it, what time they knocked it, and what happened at the door, with added notes, night and day difference!

what i liked best about salesrabbit was being able to navigate and see where my leads were located on the map. this helped me to visulize me next rout. I also enjoyed the customability of the disposition as it was easy and simple to use. Implementing sales rabbit into may sales toolbet was very quick and easy. Any time i had an issue, support was there and always helpful. I used sales rabbit 5 day out of the week and integrated it almost immediatly.
