What do you like best about SalesRabbit?

I love how user friendly the software is. The setup and intigration process was in chunks with a their support team, they made it super easy! Everyone on the support staff has been quick to answer questions. We tried to change which platform we used and actually came back to Sales Rabbit. All of our reps are required to use Sales Rabbit daily to track thier leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?

What do you like best about SalesRabbit?

There are a few things we find most helpful about Sales Rabbit. The ease to track metrics between our teams to help us constantly improve our training is a great asset. What do you like best about SalesRabbit?

We’ve been using SalesRabbit for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most user-friendly and intuitive platforms we’ve worked with. The UI/UX is thoughtfully designed, making it incredibly easy for our team to navigate and use effectively right out of the gate. From seamless onboarding to day-to-day functionality, the experience has been nothing short of impressive.

What sets SalesRabbit apart, though, is their exceptional Customer Support team. They are always on it—responding promptly, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that no question or issue goes unresolved. They close the loop with you so effectively that it almost feels like they’re overdelivering (not a bad problem to have!). Their dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their users.

We’ve also been thrilled to see how much the software has evolved over the past year. The updates and enhancements have been spot-on, and we’re genuinely excited to see what’s ahead. It’s rare to find a company that listens to feedback and implements meaningful improvements at this pace.

What do you dislike about SalesRabbit?

Like any software, there are bugs and glitches that arise with new updates. I wish there was more communication whenever a new update comes out or certain functionality is being dropped from the Software.

Integrations and Customizations, while available, are not fully robust. They took the time to build out these APIs but they are not robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesRabbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data from the Canvas team resides in the software but has been difficult to surface when needed. With the acquisition of Amplify this headache is slowly going away but there are still many mouseclicks to get the simple data you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cameron and lucus. The goats. The myths. The legonds. If you subscribe to salesrabbit to have the PRVILAGE to work with these two you should probably get out of sales and leave the country. Theres nothing else to say Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
