**What do you like best about SalesLeap?**

SalesLeap are a team of Sales experts selling SALES supportive services/training/support/recruitment. Their proof-of-process was immediately self-evident in that they found me by executing the same Outbound approach they are training and building for us.

What I have most appreciated about SalesLeap is their people. They are genuinely a joy to work with, above and beyond the metric ROI we expect to gain from this engagement.

Separately, they have built a SYSTEM that can be readily adopted, implemented, and scaled while adapting to the nuances across industries and varied product domains.

They have built a robust portfolio of training tools that empower my team to implement the system effectively, and they have [I do not say this word lightly] innovated truly BRILLIANT ways of delivering high-touch, highly personalized, high-speed consultative support services that dial specifically into target support areas: all with a lean team of very smart, very talented people.

They are training us in proven practices and at the same time are helping build the infrastructure in our HubSpot CRM to support efficient and effecting Sales/Marketing operations going forward.

Also: SalesLeap's recruitment services have already been positively transformative. Beyond placing highly qualified candidates for us, they have streamlined and organized the entire hiring process for our new SDR role and helped us elevate our internal Sales hiring practices for the future.

**What do you dislike about SalesLeap?**

They are not cheap; but I believe they are worth it and their pricing is fair.

Even the "done for you" package requires our stakeholders to own their inputs: it does take work to be successful (though they have done a lot to streamline and clarify what specific inputs + actions are required!)

**Recommendations to others considering SalesLeap:**

Their proof-of-product is in their process: and it works really well.

What I pitched to my internal stakeholders was this: if our sales team was more like their sales team, we'd make more sales. Note: this is not to say our sales team is faulty or deficient in any way; rather, SalesLeap's experts are just EXCEPTIONAL at sales. And, perhaps more importantly, they are also VERY good at developing Sales + ABM Processes and at operationalizing, teaching, and implementing their system.

All told, I can only say that it seems they are truly the best at what they're doing. My experience has been exceedingly positive, and I believe that working with SalesLeap is already transforming my business for the better.

**What problems is SalesLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesLeap is helping us to set up our Sales and ABM Outbound Operation: we have never previously implemented these methods at my company, and are relying on SalesLeap to 1) build for us the systems and processes to run these operations effectively; while simultaneously 2) training us to run them + scale and iterate on the ops independently in the future.

They are serving in both an expert/advisory capacity and additionally as contracted HubSpot Implementation Pro's: creating the sequences, automation workflows, sales/marketing messaging materials, and reporting/management dashboards we'll need to launch our Outbound Operation more efficiently.

We project that our engagement with SalesLeap will enable us to launch our first 2 pilot campaigns 2-3X faster than we could independently => And, more importantly, we can launch them with CONFIDENCE, knowing we are following proven practices and a scalable methodology that will drive significant ROI (projected 150-200% growth after initial ramp period).

We have also relied on SalesLeap's Recruitment services to help us hire a new Sales Development Rep (SDR) – the first time I believe my company has ever hired for this type of position. As we are growing into an entirely new business funnel through this Outbound Operation, we have leaned heavily on SalesLeap to help us find the right person to drive the program's success.

I was absolutely blown away by the wealth of knowledge and dedication to the growth and development of all in attendance. There was a virtual book of notes I walked away with as there were so many insightful takeaways and actionable intel shared at this event by both the talented presenters and the motivated attendees. I LOVE how responsive and patient every member of SalesLeap is. They are incredibly attentive and practice what they preach! I love that they give me a model of what I am in the process of building.

I think sometimes there is some disconnect with the model of Toolkit and the model of SalesLeap. Although they are being run similarly in some ways, there are a few things that are specific only to our business model. This is not a problem, it just causes a bit more conversation and additional problem solving on both sides.

I highly recommend SalesLeap. I have relationships and communication with each member individually. If they don't know the answer...they know who to ask! SalesLeap is wonderful with communication and they know a lot about each company they are working with!

I recently left my previous career and jumped into sales with no official sales background or training. Toolkit also did not have an official outbound process. I have been lucky enough to receive the help and guidance of the SalesLeap team as we launch outbound with Toolkit!

The best way I know to sum it all up is that they gave us the structure to build an effective sales engine from the ground up. They're knowledgable and available to help your team. They're flexible and good problem solvers when the system needs to be adjusted to fits your company's specific context.

**What do you dislike about SalesLeap?**

SalesLeap focuses on developing a system of outbound for your company. The work of a SDR is clearly and thoroughly laid out in the modules, but the work of an AE is not addressed as much. I will say, they intentionally addressed this at Unbreakable in Denver. They brought in speakers and had Q+A to specifically address the work of an AE, and that was super helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesLeap:**

The SalesLeap system works and the team is knowledgable, patient, and accessible. But you have to put in some work to make this system work for you!  We have experienced success. We have new clients, and regularly set up calls with potential new clients using the SalesLeap method, but we committed to watching all the modules, we're regularly in the Q+A sessions SalesLeap offers twice a week, and we attended the Unbreakable conference in Denver in January. Like anything, you get out of it what you put in.

**What problems is SalesLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company hired an SDR and myself (an AE) on the same day in December 2024. We are the only SDR and AE on staff. About that same time, our company began working with SalesLeap. Both of us come from different career paths outside of sales, so our learning curve has been quite steep. I really can't overstate how valuable SalesLeap has been to us at the onset of beginning in sales. They have helped us develop a tailored and repeatable system of sourcing leads, marketing campaigns, and lead activation. We were new to Hubspot, but they helped us learn how to use it at a high level. We've been able to make our outreach more personalized, track our data more closely, and save time with automations.

What I love most is how practical and easy it is to apply. A lot of sales programs feel too theoretical, but SalesLeap gives you real, actionable steps that actually work. The live event I attended was a huge highlight—it was super engaging, and I walked away with a ton of useful insights. Plus, the community aspect is great. It’s nice to connect with other people in sales who are going through the same challenges and learning alongside you.

Honestly, not much! If anything, I’d say that since our industry is a bit unique (we do fire protection), we had to tailor the process a bit more to fit our specific needs. Some of the strategies are more general sales approaches, so we had to adapt them to work within our industry. That said, the core principles still apply, and the program gave us a great foundation to build from. I’d also love to see more live training sessions or interactive workshops to dive deeper into certain topics.

As the CRO of Playback Health, I partnered with SalesLeap to build and optimize our outbound SDR program—and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From day one, their team delivered exceptional training for our SDRs, equipping them with the tools and confidence to excel in cold calling and driving conversions.

SalesLeap built us custom, automated workflows, email content, and sequences for us that were easy to implement and generated quick, trackable, and meaningful results. 

If you are looking for a sales partner to help you supercharge your outbound sales function, SalesLeap is what you need.

Honestly, we had very little downsides. We had to make sure that we had the capacity to deliver the kind of focused attention that you need to be successful in outbound sales alongside the system they built, but that is par for the course.

It was a little rocky getting started, but once we were assigned to work with Mike, it was all forgotten.

Mike at SalesLeap was very helpful in getting my business up and running on HubSpot. We realized we weren't going to be able to do it alone, and Mike was just the guy to help us. Their team goes above and beyond to help you figure out what steps you need to take to fill the gaps in your current outbound process, and will provide suggestions based on their experiences as questions or complications arise.

Our team did not have an outbound sales or marketing process, and did not know where to start. SalesLeap gave us a system we can grow with so that we are not solely dependant on referral leads coming in.

The SalesLeap team provides expert guidance on all things outbound sales. From defining our ICP and their pain points to the get-your-hands-dirty work involved in setting up our workflows and automation, outbound process, SDR hiring, and training, their team guided us every step of the way. The result is an outbound sales engine that works, as long as you work it. If you’re considering engaging with their team, don’t hesitate - just take the leap! They not only help you set up an effective outbound process, they work without over a long period to show you how to analyze the data you collect and make changes to truly streamline your sales process for your specific industry and target customer.

I haven't really had any bad experiences with SalesLeap as of yet.  They've given us the individualized attention and focus we really needed to perfect our system and had patience with us as we took longer than expected to get everything up and running.

I would highly recommend you listen to these guys when it comes to building your outbound process.  I've never seen something so effective.  It gave our sales team the confidence and tools necessary to exponentially grow our outbound lead generation.

SalesLeap's team and process gave us what we needed to truly scale out our sales.   Our outbound lead generation has increased 1300% since we adopted their process and the base of their messaging.  They will have you up and running and train your team on a process that is efficient and effective and shows you how to use the tools they provide to make minor tweaks based on data you capture as you run the process, to truly increase it's efficiency and effectiveness the more you use it.  After our first 90 days, we had the data needed to make the minor tweaks to the initial setup that boosted our effectiveness and increased our outbound lead generation exponentially.  Not only will they help you set up the process, they will help you analyze the data and make changes along the way to ensure the process is custom tailored to your business to it is as effective as it possibly can be.

**What do you like best about SalesLeap?**

I love how hands-on they are with you. They help you with anything you need and are always available via slack. They set up an automated marketing flow to go along with your outreach and help you find those who are most engaged with your content, and that really helps avoid wasting time on cold leads.

**What do you dislike about SalesLeap?**

There isn't really anything to dislike. The only thing that I wish we would have done differently is I wish we would have gone over the Discovery Call portion of the Sales Accelerator program earlier in the setup. We are a few months into the program and have held upwards of 30 Discovery Calls, but we just started the Discovery Call Module last week. But that is nitpicking, they have been wonderful and have completely changed our outbound process for the better. The GEOH team loves SalesLeap.

If you are even considering signing up with them, then you probably should. We used to think we could do this all ourselves, and we learned so much that we didn't even know we didn't know. If you are thinking about signing up, follow your gut, you won't be disappointed.

SalesLeap has exceeded high expectations. My company attended the SalesLeap 2-day intensive program in Denver, CO and I felt I had learned a lot by lunchtime of day one. The SalesLeap process is a team effort and partnership between your internal stakeholders and the SalesLeap family.  The SalesLeap team has your goals and interest forefront and top priority...they want to see you succeed.   It's refreshing that the entire process is an equal give-and-take where both parties can push one another, thus giving you a final product that is actionable, accountable, easy to follow and implement and has a trackable ROI.  Divvy took advantage of SalesLeap's DFY (Done For You) option, where they do most of the heavy lifting with copywriting, layout, SDR hiring, and HubSpot integration which is a huge help when you are on a tight schedule or have a limited in-house workforce.  Perhaps the best thing is the people Christian Piuma and Greg Damico (SalesLeap Founders) have hired to join the team.  These ladies and gentlemen are outstanding individuals on their own merits who are intelligent, curious, compassionate and funny and when in collaboration, are a force to be reckoned with.

**What do you dislike about SalesLeap?**

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about the SalesLeap methodology or platform.  Christian and Greg have walked the talk and lived in the trenches of sales, so they can relate to the struggles that organizations and their teams have with sales, particularly outbound sales.  The only thing I dislike is that I/Divvy didn't find SalesLeap sooner.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesLeap:**

Today there is so much noise in the marketplace that it's tough to get the attention of the right buyers.  This lack of awareness causes slow/no sales, missed sales and revenue targets, turnover and organizational frustration.  Please do yourself a favor and have a conversation with the SalesLeap team and explore all they offer to help your organization by: mitigating sales hurdles, getting to the decision-makers, creating an actionable sales funnel, narrowing your focus/vision, and closing more deals.  There is work involved, but it's not chasing your tail work or work that leads to a dead end.  The result in your work and investment in with SalesLeap will lead you to 2x to 4x sales growth with the right clients you can partner with, grow with, and create lasting value.
